Orders for eVoucher gift vouchers are generally processed and shipped on the same day. It is for these reasons that refunds are difficult to guarantee. We can however, offer you a refund under the following conditions:
- If the eVoucher has not yet been shipped then a full refund will be provided to the purchaser. Call 1300 135 180 or +613 8645 6497 or email service@evoucher.com.au as soon as possible to alert us.
- If the eVoucher has been shipped, then a refund will be available under the following conditions:
- Refunds are made to the original purchaser only
- The original eVoucher must be returned to eVoucher.com.au intact at the sender's expense to the following address:
eVoucher.com.au

- The eVoucher must not be expired
- The refund amount will be equal to the face value on the eVoucher less a 5% processing fee
- A valid reason for the refund must be supplied
