Orders for eVoucher gift vouchers are generally processed and shipped on the same day. It is for these reasons that refunds are difficult to guarantee. We can however, offer you a refund under the following conditions:

• If the eVoucher has not yet been shipped then a full refund will be provided to the purchaser. Call 1300 135 180 or +613 8645 6497 or email service@evoucher.com.au as soon as possible to alert us.
  
  
• If the eVoucher has been shipped, then a refund will be available under the following conditions:
  
  
  • Refunds are made to the original purchaser only
    
    
  • The original eVoucher must be returned to eVoucher.com.au intact at the sender's expense to the following address:

  • The eVoucher must not be expired
    
    
  • The refund amount will be equal to the face value on the eVoucher less a 5% processing fee
