1. What does eVoucher.com.au do? eVoucher.com.au sells gift vouchers online which are valid at many of Australia’s leading retailers, getaways, adventures and luxury treats. Our eVoucher gift vouchers can be spent in your chosen store just like a regular gift voucher or, if you choose an online brand, used when making payment online.

2. Which retailers accept eVouchers? eVouchers are currently valid at over 4000 leading merchants in Australia. We do, however, sign new retailers to the site regularly so check back often to get the latest update. Also, if you sign up as a member (it's FREE) you'll be kept up to date with the latest developments at evoucher.com.au!

3. Are eVouchers the same as regular store gift vouchers? No. eVouchers are designed and custom produced by evoucher.com.au based specifically on your order requirements. They can be e-mailed or mailed to your participant. All mailed vouchers are attractive and of extremely high quality with built in security features to offer you full protection.

4. I'm a retailer and would like join the eVoucher site. How do I do this? You'll note that all our retailers are leaders in their respective fields so it's fair to say that eVoucher has fairly stringent qualification procedures. If you qualify, we can have you up and running in a very short space of time. All you need to do is call our office on 1300 135 180 or fax us on +61 3 9646 7798.

5. How can I suggest a retailer that I would like to see on the eVoucher site? We appreciate all your suggestions and feedback. Simply email our Customer Service and we'll contact them straight away.

6. How long are eVouchers valid? eVouchers are valid for 6 months after issue. Super eVouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

7. Is it really secure to provide my Credit Card details over the Internet? With so much publicity out there about security, we certainly understand your concerns. Accordingly, we have invested in the most sophisticated technology possible to ensure that your Credit Card details are securely encrypted using SSL technology and transmitted to your financial institution for instant approval. Once payment is authorised, your card details are not stored in any of our Databases ensuring that no unauthorised charges can be made unless you have given an instruction to do so.

8. How has the GST affected the purchase of an eVoucher? GST is applicable on the postage and handling fee when you place an order with us. However, eVoucher.com.au has decided to absorb the GST component, therefore the postage and handling fees have remained the same as pre-GST.

9. Do I have to pay GST when I redeem my eVoucher?
Yes. When you redeem your eVoucher with the chosen retailer the purchase price will be inclusive of GST. Therefore the GST on the eVoucher face value will be paid at the point of redemption and is the responsibility of the retailer.

10. How long are Super eVouchers valid? Super eVouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. eVouchers are valid for 6 months after issue.

  Ordering: Delivery & Payment Questions
1. How do I pay for my eVoucher? We have several convenient payment options. We strongly recommend payment through our secure credit card system. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners.

2. Is there a Minimum or Maximum order value? Vouchers need to be at least $20 and not more than $600. For larger or corporate orders please email Customer Service.

3. What does an eVoucher cost? In addition to the face value of the gift voucher you order, we charge a postage and handling fee which covers personalisation, handling, and delivering your voucher by one of three methods, as below: Standard Delivery: $4.95 Express Delivery: $6.95 E-mail Delivery: $2.95

4. What does my recipient receive? If you order a Postal eVoucher,your lucky recipient receives a high quality physical gift voucher. A thoughtful present like an eVoucher needs a personal touch. That's why you can include a personalized message attached to the elegant eVoucher card itself. And if you need to get it there fast, we offer e-mail notification and express shipping options.

5. Can I have the gift voucher delivered to me so I can give it directly to my recipient? Yes, as long as you live in Australia. Just enter in your own postal or e-mail address as the delivery address.

6. What if I'm not sure about the delivery address or postcode for my recipient? It is essential that you supply the correct delivery details and therefore we offer you a handy lookup feature for both addresses and postcodes in our order form. Unfortunately, eVouchers sent to the wrong address cannot be replaced or refunded.

7. I would like to buy an eVoucher now and have it delivered at a later date. Can I do this? Yes you can. We now offer the ability to delay your gift so all you need to do is tell us when you would like your voucher dispatched

8. Does eVoucher.com.au offer Express Postal Delivery? Yes, we offer weekday overnight delivery to any major Australian city or 2 days to regional destinations.

9. I live outside of Australia. Can I place an order and have the eVoucher delivered to someone in Australia? Absolutely! This is a wonderful gift to give to friends or relatives living far away. No more worrying about sending bank drafts or presents through international mail. Simply enter the recipient's e-mail or postal address.

10. Can I pay for an eVoucher in a currency other than Australian dollars? Yes-provided you are paying by credit card. Your credit card provider will bill you in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. We do not accept foreign currency cheques. Use our currency converter to check the amount due in your local currency prior to confirming your order.

11. Can I change my order after I have placed it? Orders are processed and shipped quite rapidly (usually within a few hours), but if you phone or email our Customer Service Department they will do their best to assist you.

12. Do I get a receipt after placing an order? Yes. You will need to provide your e-mail address when placing an order through eVoucher.com.au. Upon acceptance of your order, you will receive an e-mail message with a receipt containing full details of your order.

13. Do I get a receipt after placing an order?
Upon acceptance of your order you will receive an email message with a Tax Invoice containing full details of your order including any GST paid.

  After Ordering Questions
1. What happens if eVouchers are lost or stolen after they are received? Since our participating retailers treat eVouchers like cash, eVoucher.com.au cannot replace them if they are lost or stolen after they are received.

4. If my purchase is less than the total value of the eVoucher, will I get change? This is at the discretion of the company accepting the eVoucher, although many of our partners will issue you a replacement voucher in lieu of cash.

5. I've received a posted eVoucher. How do I use it? Present it at the retailer listed when making a payment for goods and services. You will be required to sign the eVoucher in the presence of the cashier. eVouchers must be used prior to their expiry date.

6. I've received an e-mail eVoucher. How do I use it? Print out the e-mail and take it to the merchant listed. Present it when paying for goods and services. The salesperson will verify the voucher and, if valid, will require you to sign it prior to accepting it for payment. The voucher can only be used once.

7. I've received an eVoucher for an online retailer. How do I use it? Simply visit the online retailer listed and select the products you want up to the face value of the gift voucher. Enter the serial number of your gift voucher in the box provided when making payment and the online retailer will verify your eVoucher online.

8. I've received an eVoucher for a Shopping Centre. How do I use it? Using your Shopping Centre eVoucher couldn't be easier. Present your eVoucher to the Customer Service office. The staff member will validate the voucher and exchange it for an original Shopping Centre Gift Voucher. You can then use this gift voucher in any participating store in the Shopping Centre.

On the corporate home page you will find a "Become a Member" link under the member log in box. Click on this link and it will take you to the corporate membership registration page where you may complete the form and register online. You will then be able to begin purchasing immediately.
